Didn't think it was given as offside myself? But if it would have counted or not is irrelevant, he still missed from a yard out. Not blaming him as it happens to everyone, but it was still a head in hands miss
This could be a rather big issue. I have seen more than a couple of older people struggling on the stairs and in the stand and you just wonder what would happen to them in an emergency. Maybe a bit dramatic but surely a strong chance of being knocked over and trampled, especially if they are...
No sympathy really. They made it very clear when buying season tickets. Why wouldn't West Lower be ideal, surely it's better than him struggling up the stairs each week.
I thought at the time that perhaps it was better than he didn't have the chance to muck it up, this way it goes down in the books that he surely would have scored had the pass been made. Whereas it could have been a head in hands moment a la Leicester.
I'm sure he would have tucked it away though!
Generates them publicity by people saying how rubbish the list is!
Remember when they did their Top 5 albums ever, it was about a week after Artic Monkeys released their first album and somehow that made it into their Top 5 ever
As Bozza says, it's difficult to judge a per match figure as most people look at it now as a monthly DD. I would be reluctant to pay £50 or more for a ticket, not just out of principle but because I wouldn't be able to afford that amount for each game.
