anyone see the real socialist labour party broadcast

Yes that's the one, I didn't recall the exact wording. Part of the debacle was due to the fact the whole thing was rushed through to avoid Labour halting the privatisation process had they got into power. I personally doubt Blair would have done, mind you. And Stoo82, while I can't answer your...

anyone see the real socialist labour party broadcast

Tell the third world that? I'm not saying I'm in favour of the planned economy but the pure free market and the Washington Consensus hardly showered itself in glory during the 1990s.

anyone see the real socialist labour party broadcast

Yes, in regards to the social chapter legislation, surely that would be in the socialists favour? I mean, stuff like the working week requirements. Rail privatisation comes down to an EU directive from 1991 about seperating the ownership of track and rolling stock, but I'm sure it could just...

    The Story of Anvil

I saw it in February, excellent. When they have their arguments while trying to record the album in Dover, how the lead singer gets all angry and then calms down "But I love you man". I thought the lead singer, well the job he did, reminded me very much of Micky Rourke's character in The Wrestler!

This is an absolute f***ing disaster - the club is now submerged in civil war. On the one side we have Dick Knight who delivered us from the worst period in our history and Perry the man whose expertise has virtually delivered us Falmer against terrible planning law odds. On the other we have...

McCammon, Molango and Turienzo were all on my list. But more importantly, can someone find that LI post on here from May 2006 about Bloom trying to get rid of McGhee and his OTT reaction to it.

If his face doesn't fit, then why will he be a massive loss?

Someone PLEASE find that post he did in May 2006 on here comparing Bloom to Archer because he wanted to force out Mark "I can't sign a decent striker to save my life" McGhee. I think he said it was one of the darkest days for our football club.

Hawkins and Livermore to be transfer listed

Because they were under contract? Yes but just because he played for them when they got promoted, doesn't mean he had an integral role. A Millwall supporting friend of mine had a very average opinion on Livermore.

Tony Bloom to take over? [Merged threads]

Can anyone dig out that LI post where he went into meltdown because he thought Bloom was trying to oust his hero McGhee, and compared the events to what Archer and Bellotti did?

So what have Aston Villa got to play for ??

They didn't look very good against Everton, the only reason it was 0-0 was because Fergie didn't rest the defence, so he still had Vidic and Ferdinand in there. If he goes out next week and puts Neville at CB with Evans like he did initially against Villa at OT when Carew was mawling them, then...

    MP,s expense,s and The 'Met'

I was just thinking about that actually, after all that has happened recently, Lee's "crimes" certainly seem far less serious than people buying plush furniture or upkeeping moats on expenses.

Haven't you heard of the KEEP AIRPORTS BRITISH campaign? If it isn't the Isle of Wight/Man or Shetland Islands, it isn't permitted. I personally rather fancy a journey on Turkmen airways, to a country where the dictator renamed months of the year after his family.
