The Estate was built in 1980 opposite Hove Park just off Woodland Drive. Peter Ward, Nobby Horton and I think Michael Robinson lived there too. The developer of the Estate was something to do with the Albion.

If the white smoke looks a little blue it could be too much oil. If it's pure white smoke it normally means water - condensation if first use of the year, cracked head, bust block, blown gaskets... buy a Flymo.
