It would be an unlikely coincedence, but if anyone from the Blackpool/Blackburn area is travelling to the game by train on the Trans-Pennine route, gimme a shout!!
Those names bring back some memories, played for the rep team a couple of times before playing for Horsham Town, remember being in the same league as Sparrows and Roffey (Robins/United/Athletic?) as a kid playing for Henfield.
Great days!

Over 300 appearances by now I reckon, about 10 goals and a couple of sendings off.
Met him at a charity cricket match in Henfield about three years ago, really nice bloke as well as being my favourite player when I started going to The Goldstone as a kid.
He had his faults as a player, but never gave anything less than 100% for the Albion, a true cult hero.
A VAST open-air complex including a glue factory, sewage works, McDonalds, young offenders institution and asylum seekers centre with high-rise accomodation.
There would also be benefit offices, an HGV fuel stop, a nuclear reactor and an airfield designed specifically for night-time testing of...
Strangest Albion game was probably the re-arranged match against York City in 1996, Goldstone was very, very quiet apart from the York fans who needed to win to stay up. Really weird atmosphere.
