A new housing estate to take the overspill of the bad and trouble tenants of the entire South East thus confining them in one area and making policing easy with an estate pub like the Addington in New Addington at the heart of the estate.

Brighton and Hove's new sewage works, with a system to make sure the wind always blows from the West.

the wind blows (something like) 85% of the time from the Western horizon on the south coast. It was one of the arguments against the Holmbush Supermarket Site, that the houses north of Old Shoreham Road to the Eastern side would get car fumes floating over onto them 24hrs a day...obivously the argument failed!

You'd need longer than five years. You wouldn't notice any decomposition at all in that time.

A VAST open-air complex including a glue factory, sewage works, McDonalds, young offenders institution and asylum seekers centre with high-rise accomodation.

There would also be benefit offices, an HGV fuel stop, a nuclear reactor and an airfield designed specifically for night-time testing of low-flying aircraft.

To inject some sense of culture into proceedings, there would be an enormous art museum, an exact replica of the Pompidou Centre, but 50-60 storeys high.
