In fairness we’ve already confirmed Pujara for next season who I can’t imagine is very cheap. He’s far too good for division two.

Couldn’t agree more with this, but the rules would’ve been set out to to all 32 countries pre-tournament. I suppose anything (bookings, corners) is better than drawing of lots. But yeah, thankfully no group (yet?) was decided on those rules.
