Just looked this up and it varies from state to state but Australia has no smoking zones in pub gardens, it's not banned completely. That's not what's planned here? Seems like the best option, give people the choice.
I'd understand the club accepting this if he had no realistic chance of getting off the bench but he was already starting for us just two games in. So it can only be that we did want to sell imo and just seems weird to spend a huge amount of money and then leave ourselves vulnerable, especially...
I gave up smoking during the pandemic after a fairly heavy 30 year habit, one of the best things I've done health and finance wise. The proposal to ban smoking from pub gardens and outside them is mental. Taking an already stupid Tory plan and making it even worse.
Why are people blaming the club, they didn't make the documentary? Thought the latest on it was the film makers needed clearance on the PL footage? Maybe it turns out it's not viable given the cost of licensing and size of audience?
Hopefully he'll go on to be our most successful coach but he's definitely a step down in entertainment value, though probably very much to the relief of the club.
Oasis at least managed a couple of albums that aren't complete dirge though they seemed to attract the most boorish fans and the saddest tw*ts ruining get togethers everywhere by playing Wonderwall on acoustics.
A worldwide famous song written by a local fan and released on a label that helped save our club. You really can't buy that level of connection, it's crazy we don't make the most of it.
