I agree that BP have more expertise than the US Government to stem the flow of the well. What I am talking about is the clean up operation on the beaches including the treatment of the wildlife affected. This should not be constrained by any budget and all resources should be made available to...
I'm pleasantly surprised that all games will be shown in HD here in New Zealand. Usually, football is not given a second glance here (apart from the Premiership). Unfortunately, they have not gone as far as to move the clocks back 12 hours or so; so games will either be 1.30 am or 6.30 am.
Of course it's not rediculous. It should have been done in the first place. BP will always be mainly concerned about its profits first and how its image will affect that. They will have set a budget to deal with the clean up. The US Government would, (or should) have set no budget on the clean...
Like spending $50 million on TV advertising to improve their image. At least we know we know they are doing all they can in that respect!

However the blame is split between the separate parties is debatable. What is clear at this stage is that BP are responsible for some if not all of the blame. What really pisses me off is seeing their chiefs giving interviews wearing suits in air conditioned rooms and NOT on a beach in overalls...
You might want to get onto it as soon as possible as some of the jabs need to be given as a course of injections over several weeks. Can't remember exactly which ones I had a few years back but it was more because I was also travelling to Tanzania.
New football predictions website started up by a friend of mine (a Millwall fan, but don't hold that against him). Take a look, and sign up for the Albion. It's brand new so might have a few teething issues but looks like fun to me.

Looking at this from the perspective of someone who can't get their head around the fact that this campaign had nothing to do with money, I can fully appreciate how this has been a total waste of time and effort. I probably would feel the same way as you Clapham.
However, as someone who fully...
Another person who misses the point in a quite spectacular but typical fashion.
Firstly, just because someone works for an umbrella company of a larger organisation, does not necessarily mean that they share in the profits of the organisation, especially when money has been raised from one of...
That hasn't worked. I have mailed them requesting that they remedy the situation immediately. Of course, I expect them to be on the case with that. LOL!
