Isn’t it the same every summer and early autumn - a protracted sulk as a silly price tag is put on his head, no takers and then a huge pay rise?
Football writers and pundits on eg the excellent R5 Monday Night Football Club, have often said that his mistake was signing that last very long contract. He got rich, but it sealed his fate, trapped, a career without a hope of ever playing in Europe or winning anything. So naive or badly advised.

Whilst this is undeniably true, the sacking of his previous agent, seemed to show some level of intent.
However, the super-agent has certainly got his work cut out for himself, trying to convince any club to part with > £50m for him

Decided against posting the same thing, doubt we will retain enough focus to make that many points on them.

No Wan Bissaka money to balance the books this year, and Roy will be looking for some incoming transfers this season.
