The most curious thing..
We could buy an awful lot of Marcus Rashford's at the current going rate for that money.

No.

While you can't argue with stats, progressive runs don't always lead to creating chances. I often wish he would try to cross with his left foot rather than the outside of his right.
I'm not disputing his ability, however £90 million is an amazing offer.
That stat about progressive carries isn’t actually true anyway.

Keeping players is the hardest thing. He’s made no noises to leave. That said we’ve got other players to try.

this might sound harsh but I honestly believe those voting yes have stopped being football fans. I don’t doubt you support Brighton but if you would rather have money in the bank then see a player like Mitoma play for us you have forgotten what football is all about.
This.

@Bozza honest question - are you straw polling fans on behalf of the club? Does this go back to BHAFC? Testing the mood of the natives so to speak.

If we were 6 or 7 points better off I would agree with you, but this season feels like it’s now about next season and £90m is another huge summer budget to strengthen in areas we’ve been weak in so far.

If he really wanted to stay wouldn’t be offers would there…

In my opinion, £90 million is above Mitoma's value and I feel that the club would be better off in the future with the extra £90 million. I hope he stays and I'm proved wrong though.

Absolutely not - I was simply intrigued by what people think.

For me, £90m is considerably higher than what I'd consider to be his market valuation - he turns 28 before the end of this season- but I appreciate there is more to it than that.

He’s 27, a decent run of form to the end of the season and he’s a summer target anyway and we end up losing him for £60m because Liverpool come calling and he and his agent do the whole agitating for a move thing. £90m is crazy money.

Where is all this talk of £90m coming from? They've not offered that have they?

Do it. Go on. Us Fulham fans were wetting ourselves about losing Mitro to Saudi and Palhinha to Bayern for big money, but it's not been too bad. In fact Palhinha's replacement (s) have been better and he's not even playing regularly at Bayern.
No player is irreplaceable. If I'm allowed to have an opinion on Mitoma, he's not worth £90m to a Premier club.

I agree, but football isnt football any more.

It hasnt been since the mid 90s for me

money rules and we just have to try and live with it.

We wouldn't have our disco dudes without it.
