You always like a poll Titanic

You must have been preoccupied with the cricket this morning and missed this one.

I got served by a Venezuelan student at Subway on Eastbourne station last year - lovely girl. Have a few more of her sort around here due to visa restrictions being relaxed as part of a post-Brexit free trade deal with our friends in Caracas once Corbyn's in power.

25+ % swing in Kent gains Labour another UKIP council seat.

I think you could do with a course in economics and logic. Maybe then you would no make ridiculous comparisons and comments

I have just enrolled at the Diane Abbott school of economics.

I was going to go to LSE but they wanted 11k per year in fees.

The Diane Abbott school was going to be free, but since they lost the last election, they are now going to pay me 10k a year to study there.

Now that I have sorted out my economics, maybe you could try and get yourself a sense of humour.

Human nature never ceases to amaze me. Throughout the time of the communists, part of my family in East Germany had a terrible time with shortages of just about everything, apart from political dogma and oppression, and yet idiots in the West thought that this system was wonderful, even though all the emerging evidence pointed to exactly the opposite -if you were prepared to listen, that is. And though history shows us that not one example of unrelenting extreme socialism has ever worked, wide-eyed dreamers still consider that a system akin to communism will bring about wealth for all. Try googling "wandlitz" if you really want to see how more equal brethren lived.

I'm fully aware - I had an ex-girlfriend from Havirov in The Czech Republic. Her and her family used to tell me all about life behind the iron curtain when we used to visit on holiday from The UK, thanks.

Oh no ! Surely you are not still using that hoary old excuse when called out in argument. I think it is called the Jim Davidson protocol

Then this makes your adoration of Corbyn and what he wants all the more incredible - are you not at all prepared to learn from history? Did they not talk of 1968 and what happens when you want to break free from deadpan bureaucracy, drab living conditions and state interference in everything as common sense plays second fiddle to unnecessary dogma. I am speechless that you seem to have this knowledge and yet want a repeat-run for the UK.

I know one by-election is not yet a trend , but hopefully this result will be the beginning of the end for the "IRISH BRIGANDS" and their decades of self serving "BROWN ENVELOPE" politics in the beloved Borough of Worthing.

This is just ridiculous. All the last Labour advocated was tax and public expenditure a little higher than the historically low levels put forward by the Tories. We will still not approach the levels of those well known communist states - Germany France Holland Sweden Denmark et al. Do you really think we have the right answer and they are all deadpan bureaucracies?

These idiots can't be argued with. Thankfully most of this type are the older generation who haven't had the education to realise the difference between communism and democratic socialism. Once they die off perhaps we'll get some real, equitable progress in our economies.

'Unnecessary dogma'............. is correct. You should see the state of our local park where they've been. Something needs to be done.

I worked on the campaign for Labour and I can assure you Beccy Cooper (the winning candidate) is one of the most sensible people you could wish to represent you!

I intend to live another 10 years and hopefully will never see another Labour government. The ones I have lived through have been bad enough and taken a lot to remedy and to put us back on track when they got voted out.
