I know we are two years away from moving out, but.....

When we do go will you miss it?, if no, then is there anything about it that you will miss?
I know Falmer will be embraced by all, but no doubt you will look back at the Withdean era, and take back many memories from our stay there.

Over to you, North Stand Chat.

Yes.

It is the first ground I've regularly watched Albion at.

In a slightly "gay" way, I think it looks nice.

I like sitting in the North Stand, being able to see the South Stand stand up and throw their arms in disgust while screaming some sort of abuse, as well as hearing the singing erupt when we're playing well/winning

Nostalgic memories like 2 Championship wins, staying up, play-off semi final, Man City

I'll miss half time, where you can meet with anyone else in the stand

Apart from the empty seats, the shit atmosphere 90% of the time, the ridiculous prices and the fact that you get soaked when it pisses down, I actually LIKE Withdean.

Why would anyone? There has been good times on the pitch (many years ago!) but the 'stadium' is embarrassing.

A bit because there have been some good times. The Championships, the play off games etc.

Can't say i'll be upset about upgrading to a stadium with a roof, ah such luxuries

Agree with all of that. Much as the Withdean has its problems, it has been the stadium I have grown up watching Albion play at, and no ground will replace the kind of experiences you remember as a child at football.

Unfortunately the regular League games atmosphere has really suffered in recent seasons, but memories like the Swindon Play Off Semi Final and the game against Ipswich in the Championship go down as some of my favourite football experiences.

Plus, I do amazingly still enjoy the matchday experience. Easy to get to on the train, decent pub very nearby in "The Station" and at least it's not a modern style McStadium.

Yes, it's definately part of our history and has kinda gone hand in hand with us being 'the underdogs' while we were in the championship.

I will miss it, the people I see sitting around me and the general displeasure away fans have.

On warm autumn days it can be delightful.

Also, I'll miss the running track - being able to get a head start at the end of the game and STILL watch the rest of the match....or being able to stand behind the manager/lino and give abuse!

Yeah that's true. Also, I suppose at Withdean we have always had that "hard done by" plucy fighting spirit, once we move to Falmer we basically become just like any other club.
