Just witnessed a drink driver smashed into my neighbours motor about 3 times, so went out check the people where ok 3 women pissed as a fart, called old bill and she speeds off only to park round corner, then she walks back up and into the house 4 doors down from me .

f***ing hate drink drivers unreal

and they woke the f***ing baby up

If the OB look to prosecute and she continues to insist there was another driver that she's refusing to identify you will almost certainly have to go as a witness.

However, she's likely not to be that thick once sober.

OB just been back to take witness statement and pictures she hit 3 cars, they took statement said if she admits it and pleads guilty at court i wont have to go back if she pleads not guilty or says it was not her then i will.

But tbh she been got hook line and sinker cant see how she can get away with it now

Did you actually see her behind the wheel? Even if you did, it's your word against hers unless you have proof. All she needs to do is say one of her mates were driving. Unless the old bill breath tested everyone, she will get away with it. Very hard to charge someone with drink driving unless you caught behind the wheel, unless she holds her hands up of course...That's is she is clever enough to realise this.

You can't get charged with drink driving, unless they get you while it's still in you system. If she gets some fella to say he was driving car, all he has to say is he had a panic attack and legged it. He would be charged with leaving the sence of an accident and nothing more and the insurance will do the rest.....Really all depends if she can work her charm on someone enough to do that....What does she look like?....How many blow jobs would that be worth?

If she doesn't give a specimen, Even when sober she will be charged with failure to provide, which is an automatic ban. And the count back process is very accurate.

The police cps and the courts deal with these situations every day and have come across every scam, and they all fail.

As I said the duty solicitor will advise her to plead guilty, if for no other reason than she is.

O.P. says he saw it at about 2am. The rozzers came back to get his statement at 3 meaning between two and three they must have spoken to the driver and I bet used the breathalyser on her.

The only breath test that counts is the one at the station. If they didn't take her to the nick, then that itself tells you she will get away with it and believe me they get you there asap,because every second that passes, your breath count goes down and it's the second reading they have to charge on, not the first. Which is taken five minutes after the first, at the station....If she had an hour to get her story straight in her head, there is every chance she will get away with it, if someone takes the wrap and hides up somewhere, long enough to sober up.

I went out spoke to the women in the car informed her the police was on the way i explained " u just crashed into 3 cars and ur trying to drive away" she then reversed and drove away this time, then parked round corner in plain site of me and did a runner (well i say runner back to her house) the old bill spoke to me told them what i saw then told them exactly what she looked like the driver and that went and arrested her, see her get taken to police car, police came in to take a statement i said the women ya just put in ur car was the driver, she also had no insurance to add insult to the wounds.

Police said she is bang to rights tbh, there where no men in the car 3 women all pissed silly, as for revenge attack if she wants intimidating a witness to her rap sheet im sure she might, even if she can remember speaking to me. Tbh i couldnt care if she called me a grass lol, pleased it was a park car a moving one we could be talking deaths now.
