Wilkins in
White & Chapman out.

My reasoning for this is that our good young players like Lynch, Elphick, Robinson and the players who were obviously above our standard, when they came here, like Richards, Whing even Bowditch possibly are going backwards and are not as good as they were which must be down to coaching or lack of.

I wish someone would tell him to stop kissing Dick Tights backside during the first half and get in the dug out.
He's doing that because DK is still waiting for you to plant your lips, as promised, on his bared backside...

Changing the manager at this stage could destroy this team. Can we afford the consequences of that?

I dont quite undertsnad what you mean by destroy. We are far from achieving this season, performances are down right AWFUL....what exactly would get destroyed.

It gives a new manager a heads up and chance to build for next season...or we watch another season of this.........2 seasons of it so far and no sign performance or gate wise that its going to improve.

WILKINS OUT NOW. WHY WE STILL HAVE 4000 FANS, HE HAS KILLED 3000 OFF THEM IN ONE YEAR. WHAT NEXT??

As far as the performance tonight, I felt there is only so much the management team could do. No one was forcing the players to give the ball away so much. Even two changes at half time did not have a huge effect. It does seem to be a confidence thing and we played some decent stuff towards then end, when the crowd woke up and they starting believing in themselves, that and the fresh legs of Robinson running at the defence - now if only he could do that from the start!

Surely the performance and confidence aspects of a player's game come, initially, from the coaching staff?

Very noticeable last night was that AFTER we'd scored our first goal players like Cox suddenly started chasing and closing down Cheltenham's players-why wasn't that happening for the whole 90 minutes with the same enthusiasm as after we'd scored?

Half the squad owe their careers to Dean Wilkins. They would be lost without him.

That's not helpful, in my opinion. But it's a fact that has to be taken into account.

Says who? How do you know they would be lost? Maybe...just maybe....Wilkins is exactly what they DONT need....

Maybe they need someone who will give them the hairdryer treatment.....

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
But this team should be good enough to be pushing for promotion. I don't think it needs new players.

We were possibles with Savage, O'Callaghan and our decent run. We slumped when they went and have managed to replace some outgoings, but need time to get a run going. If you look at our bench in recent weeks, you would see how poor it was and our limitations.

I don't think we are good enough to be pushing for promotion....yet. A clear out and some key signings next season could see a charge.

ultimately im sure it will be out , but have to let him have the rest of season with new players and maybe even start of next year before it would be fair to axe him

If MaGOO had lost the fans, DW hasn't.
I have a feeling that DW also has the dressing room fully backing him, whereas with MM that wasn't the case.

Eh? 63% of people wanting him out after a win suggests otherwise.
