Which Palace players would you take?

Thunder Bolt

Silly old bat
It must also be remembered that Palace rejected Bridcutt who is being watched by Premier League clubs including Norwich.

Parr - Premiership quality?
:ffsparr::ffsparr::ffsparr:

:lolol:

He signed for Palace on 50% of the wages offered by other clubs, including Swansea and QPR.

He has played two consecutive seasons without a break. He is a bloody hero.

i'd take a couple, roles reversed....they would have the whole team

This is entirely false. Are you suggesting you've got anyone half as good as Zaha or Clyne?

I'm struggling to think of anyone other than a fit Vicente or Buckley that I'd take.

If your lot are so superior to us, care to explain why the table looks as it does? Yes you have two or three outstanding players, but so do we.

Zaha, who is four years younger than Buckley at only 18, is faster than Buckley. He has a decent cross, a decent shot and the best ball control of any player in the league. He is arrogant and loves to showboat, but has the best ball skills in the league. He starts for the England u21's. He has more assists than goals this season. He also has 3 goals in the cup.

Buckley is 22 and a good player, but he doesn't compare in terms of skill or potential.
You bought Buckley for £1m. We REJECTED seven times that amount in January for Wilf.

If Jesus existed, he would indeed be weeping.

Better ball skills than Vicente? And WE are deluded

Gustavo is working wonders with an average squad, yes. Your mid table finish will be solid, and Gus will have his status confirmed as a reasonably good manager.

Dougie is bringing through immensely talented but very young players, and is doing it carefully and properly. This season isn't about promotion, the next couple of years will be and I have no doubt that he'll get us to the top flight. At the moment we're a good side hovering around the playoffs. We have a couple of players that aren't up to scratch (Easter) and some that are comfortably Premiership quality (Zaha, Clyne, Speroni, Jedinak, Parr, Gardner). We have the second best defence in the league, and with a new striker we will be a very good side and could win promotion.

"hovering around the playoffs" :lolol:

"hovering around the playoffs" :lolol:

I'll get back to you after the Coventry game tonight. We'd be 5 points away of we win, I believe. We have an incredibly easy run over the next 4/5 games. The playoffs would be unwelcome, but not impossible to reach.

13th is NOT hovering around the playoffs

Pretty sure Vicente has 3 assists in his last 3 appearances from the bench, does that not.... You know..... Mean he's played recently?

It depends when those appearances are... And if he's only fit enough for the bench then let's not even bother. He is effectively worthless in terms of transfer value.

"Faster than Buckley"? I'm not sure Buckley is lightening! He normally gives away a 5 yard head start and still wins!

If Speroni has any ambition , he will be playing for the Albion next season.

Were we talking about transfer value or ball skills you f***ing idiot? Your statement was that zaha has the best skills in the league, I pointed out that Vicente IS better in that department.

Deluded f***ing :tosser: now go burn your home town

Palace fans are certainly deluded about the overall worth of their team. They'll be lucky to get two thirds of their price tag for Zaha. Our Croydon friends have basically cited that we'd have their whole squad, which is ridiculous considering our current squad has surged far above them in the league.
I'd take Williams, Clyne, Speroni and Murray back. That's it. Would rather have a combination of LuaLua, Buckley and Assulin than Zaha, and whichever muppet said Parr and Gardner must live on a planet colonised by idiots.
