Fish for dinner tonight but which little fishy is the best in the eyes of NSC's culinary experts

Im rather partial to a nice sea bass at the mo pan fried in a lil olive oil lemon juice, pine nuts & oregano

of all ive tasted ive yet to taste anything better than monkfish but killing a 30lb fish just for the pleasure of eating its tail is a bit barbaric,other than that i quite like haddock

Cod, poached in milk, garlic, white wine and lime juice.

Poached salmon via the same method is just as nice, but with lemon juice instead of lime juice.
