I thought martin tyler's first question was a great chance for spence to engage in discussion and attempt to prove that he is not an opportunistic troll craving attention.

Interesting and very telling that he chose to ignore it.

Exactly.

Why don't you shut up? I'm entitled to my view. Don't like it put me on ignore. It's a public forum you utter fanny.

^ and this charming response he made to a new member above.

Mods: spence has revealed himself to be the sad little troll he is here. No intention of discussion. Clearly just gets his jollies off being a WUM in this place 24/7.

Contributing here should be a privilege not a given right. Ban this troll for good.

He seems a nice bloke, and he'd probably be fine as a back up but we need to replace Montoya, he isn't good enough for the starting XI.

We could probably also do with a pacey right winger, we have a few options on the left who are suited to that side, but only really Ali J as a naturally right sided player, and he hasn't been able to break through so far.

I'd say our right side is our biggest weakness at the moment.

Seriously? Which part of that is nonsense?

The idea that he will be snapped up by scoring 6/7 goals a season is some what remote to say the least. The fact that he has at least 1 chance a game to strike the ball cleanly and more importantly, on target, suggests that there this is a huge part of his game that's missing.Yesterday was a power drive into the Northstand. I think most football fans would at the very least expect a professional footballer, especial a midfielder, to be able the hit the target consistently from 20 - 25 yards. You would expect that same pro to be able to pass 20 -40 yards accurately, to tackle with conviction, to be fit enough to last 90 minutes. So why is it ok that he can't shoot accurately and by that definition then he cant be a top midfielder then can he?

Propper is probably our most gifted player and has been our best player over the last month or so. The only way way his time is done here is if a bigger club than us comes in for him.

He is a first choice midfield player in a top ten international team. I just don’t understand some Albion fans’ opinions of him.

He is not strong or fast enough, and if he was, I wouldn't mind his lack of quality in front of goal. He is below the standard we require to compete in the Prem. Yes he may do two or three good things during each game but that doesn't balance out his weaknesses.

He could be moved on quite easily on a loan and I doubt we will see him in an Albion shirt next season.

Can you remind me of just one moment of Propper greatness rather than the occasional silky pass that comes to nothing.

Until he pooped the bed I thought Davy was MotM yesterday.

To me he's proof of the fact we don't deserve nice things.

Wherever we can.

Any player in any position who can improve our squad, within our budget, should be considered.

Mooy was my MOM and I have faith in his ability to make things happen. In fact he is a good comparison to Propper and if the two of them never played for us again I would remember Mooy more for his influence in that one Spurs game than what Propper has influenced games in over two seasons.

What is the greatest Propper moment you can remember?

Off the top of my head, the turn and 30 yard pass with the outside of his boot to turn a defensive situation into a counter attack against Norwich. Hardly his fault if that “comes to nothing” (no idea if the below link will work, but there’s your evidence).

Sounds like you’ve made your mind up on Propper, so I won’t spend any more of my time trying to persuade you otherwise!

That is mostly just pointless drivel. We have people at the club who can find the right manager. It's not my job to do it for them. They got it wrong here end of

yeah but you know everything about football, and you're a fan so help us, who is the best manager?

Yes he sometimes springs a nice pass together with the outside of his foot. Yesterday he did that backside flick pass to a Leicester player that led to the goal. Then later he had a goal opportunity but missed the target. When Propper has a great game I will be really pleased for him.

Sheff Utd showing what we are missing against Man Utd. Box to Box midfielders four in the box for their goal should be 3-0 up already. Stephens and Propper will never cope with this intensity. We made Man U look like word beaters. Sheff Utd making them look anything but.

We are thin up front and lack cutting edge. Maupay will get better but misses a lot and it’s a big ask to expect Connolly to get the goals we need to stay up. No-one is saying it’s easy but a striker, perhaps on loan, would be my priority.
