Don't really want to get too involved in this debate as it's never going to get anywhere, but this is an incredibly stupid post. I don't believe that you believe what you've written.

Both just as daft as the other but for Christians it is about being saved from death, not a debauched drunken party , 72 virgins with gay sex being permissible in Islamic heaven.
Muslims are happy to be fast tracked there whereas Christians aren’t in such a rush and will postpone it as much as realistically possible.

It tells us a lot about that particular father. It tells us nothing about people in general. Both sides in this debate willing to make sweeping generalizations to re-enforce their particular point. There is no right or wrong, truth or falsehood in the Israeli/Arab dispute. Both sides are locked into fighting pointless historical battles cheered on on one side by angst ridden western liberals and in the other by hardline ideologues. Neither side has much interest in the humanity on the other side. It will carry on forever. Whatever happens though it is nothing to do with the UN until they similarly stand up for the rights of the Kurds, Armenians and many other oppressed peoples. When will that happen ? Never. I am surprised that anyone has any faith in an organization dominated by the USA, Russia and China.
You really believe that there is a great difference in the blind faith that pushes followers to feel it will happen. I don't. Yet Christians scoff at Muslims despite their own beliefs. What makes the more humanist thinking make the outcome more believable?

The difference is that Christianity started out innocently with Jesus who committed no sin. Muhammad on the other hand used the fear of God and carried out his deception for a return of 1/5 of the booty, first pick of the sex slaves and as many wives as he wanted. Muhammad was directly responsible for the deaths of 3,000 Jews and the Quran is explicit in making it clear that Muhammad hated Jews and Christians.
As an atheist I can see that Jesus represents a good role model for humanity but I cannot say the same about Muhammad. So both religions are fanciful but I respect the man in one of them.

How low can the Palestinians go, they are so indoctrinated and brainwashed they are even happy for their children to be killed to make Israel look like the bad guys. I feel really sorry for the Israelis having to deal with people who put their hatred of Israel b4 love of their own family. No wonder Israel can't negotiate with people like this. What a load of rubbish. It was a symbolic act. You can argue a father shouldn't involve his child in such an act but the child was never at risk of being shot. For starters the Israeli troops clearly knew they were being filmed and there was no threat to them. Quite clearly the point of it was to highlight that, had the child been 10 years older and there had been no camera, he would have been shot DESPITE only having a flag and a few stones as his weapons. This is what happens regularly - heavily armed ( and armed with the latest combat weapons ) soldiers taking on teenagers with a flag and a few stones. Fair fight ...... not !!!!

You're thinking as someone with a jewish/christian upbringing. There is really nothing in humans that makes the christian (or jewish for that matter) more believable than the muslim about life after death.
You really struggle don't you ? Firstly I haven't, and never will, defend Hamas. Defending the Palestinians doesn't automatically equate to supporting Hamas. Secondly you seem to have a complete inability to spell the suburbs of Brighton correctly ...... even when they are correctly spelt on your screen in front of you !!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess once a simpleton always a simpleton.
Why would I want to defend Hamas ? You do realise Palestinian doesn't equal Hamas don't you ? No more than supporting the British doesn't mean you support the Tory party.
