I wonder why she hasn't told her parents yet? If you turn up and put her on the spot she might not be best pleased...

Just to update:

She landed this morning, and I WASN'T there to greet her.
I took the advice of many, and decided a text was the way forward. She told me no because it was early in the morning and that she would be shattered, so we're meeting up at the weekend instead.
