Thats the injections done, Turned out it was the facet joints they were injecting with steroids and allthough they used a local anaesthetic it was still a painful experience. gotta go back in 2 weeks for either some more of the same or an epidural right into spinal canal with more steroids.

Good luck with your trip to the consultant BAG hope all goes well.

I'd imagine it was still painful!!

Thanks, he made me cry! I'm such a wimp, but it's so frustrating. He did say that it's all going well and progressing, but there's still some way yet. And it looks like im getting a referall to a pain clinic too if it's still hurting before i go back to uni.

During a Brighton League game in 1994, I slid in to tackle a rather large chap from the left hand side. Put my left arm out (as you do) to break my fall and heard a nice crack as my arm was cleanly broken between the shoulder & elbow and pointing in a direction that it shouldn't have been.

Sitting on the field in disbelief I twisted my arm to where it should be (and look like)..........f**k me..............big mistake !!!!!!!!
