TopHouse end of town or JP end? I'm renting a flat off Burdocks Drive, lovely area to live, quiet and peaceful. A lot better than Woodingdean anyway. Even though it can get "lively" in the TopHouse it's generally a great atmosphere, live music on the weekends and a good night, I just prefer the quieter life nowadays.

Bought my first house in Burdocks Drive however lots more houses being built in that area NOW nearly to Ditchling Common ?
