Hit the clubs, dance all night, take some good MDMA. I wouldn't eat until Tuesday after the weekend sometimes. Lost shit loads of weight but didn't feel that healthy.

Eating a good breakfast everyday makes a huge difference, it kick starts your metabolism and gives you much better energy level throughout the morning. A big bowl of porridge is probably the best thing you can eat to start the day.

Interval training is undoubtedly good, but I'm also sceptical that only 4 mins interval training can burn the same energy as a 20 min steady run. Heavy weight training is also another excellent calorie burner as your body needs plenty of calories to repair and build muscle. You want to be lifting the sort of weight for which it'd not be physically possible to lift more than 8 reps in one set, stick to the big basic lifts such as squats, bench press, shoulder press, pull ups and parralel bar dips, and do 3 sets of each 2-3 times a week. Note that you may not notice the difference on the scales as muscle weighs more than fat, but you will start to notice the difference in shape within 2-3 weeks.

great advice here imo

i would add aswell, prob already been mentioned, eat less carbs towards the end of the day and dont eat 'white carbs ' when you do. replace potatos for sweet potatoes. bin white pasta and have wholemeal pasta , have brown rice instead of white. replace some of these healthy carbs that youre now eating for veg . so have your lean meat protein source (fish .chicken ) with small amount of low gi carbs (brown rice etc) and stuff up on veg (cauliflower , broccoli, peppers). if youre weight training as well , which you should , as it rasises your metabolism eat lots of eggs . eggs are most similar in their constituents to the human body so has to be good for you .

good luck.

WHEN you do weights do big compound lifts . DO NOT take it easy and go on the machines. the compound lifts (squats, deads etc) massively spike your metabolism and testosterone levels . you might find this hard at first , going into a gym feeling nervous and not being able to lift alot but it doesnt matter . get someone to show you proper form (or you may hurt yourself ) and go for it .

mix it up , change it every month or so so your body doesnt adapt and do intervels

good luck
