Henderson supporters do cheer on FDM. I even part sponsor him.
It doesn't happen the other way around and this is why the Hendo supporters are annoyed.

But Hendo playing in the Premiership? Nowhere near good enough I'm afraid.

Jim in the West said:The "club" you refer to is Brighton & Hove Albion. Henderson supporters, above all else, just want the Albion to win. For some reason the Anti-Henderson contingent somehow seem to be willing Henderson to make errors (and potentially lose us the game, as on Monday).
I just hope we all have enough sense on Saturday to give Henderson a fantastic cheer when his name is read out at Upton Park on Saturday. Even if you'd rather see Kuipers in goal.

have you recovered from Tank telling you to f*** off yet?

John Byrnes Mullet said:Let's just hope somebody buys the useless twat Henderson before deadline day. He is the worst keeper I have seen play for the Albion but this Irish connection keeps working in his favour.
Finchley Seagull said:How people can speak such rubbish is beyond me. Since I have watched the Albion we have had Walton, Royce, Packham, Petterson amongst others in goal. If you really believe that Henderson is worst than any of them then you are delusional.

None of this bollocks is new. The fans were just as split over Rust v Ormerod, and there were plenty of Moseley v Digweed debates.
There was just no NSC then.
Binney on acid said:Judging by the way that some of our supporters reacted to his brave gesture of apology at the end of the game, I'm not convinced that we deserve to have a young keeper of his quality on our books. We're more suited to an older average injury prone goalkeeper. It would be poetic justice to see us flounder in the lower leagues whilst he plays premiership football on a regular basis. To all of the cretins who booed him off the pitch, I say "Shame on you." I am proud of the fact that I applauded him at the end of a match that he kept us in, despite playing behind a conference standard defence. Tactically, we were inept & invited this defeat by defending in depth rather than trying to seize the initiative.
The tall one said:Hi I am new to this forum and was at the match on Monday. Saw the Howler on the TV and feel that the conditions did not help. Was not as though he passed the ball to the opposition player. From what i saw he slipped over which can happen to anyone. Anyway as the poster stated above, i bet that the Spurs supporters did not jeer or boo Paul Robinson after his error against Croatia. Also anyone remember Seamans error when he was lobbed from over the half way line during the European final in the 90s. Two excellent goalkeepers as far as i am concerned. I have been annoyed over performances in the past, but have never booed an Albion player and never will.
