What an absolutely hilarious signing. And they bought a shitey Wigan player!

Going on the fact that they lost Ronaldo, United must be one of the favourites to get relegated now, surely?
:clap2:

I would absolutely love it!

Just realised, if you can get yourselves promoted, you could be making a trip to Old Trafford next year! That would be hilarious!

Very funny. We will finish higher than United and with the right signings, we may finish above Chelsea and Liverpool.

We will compete this year, I am confident of that. Wenger knows he has to produce a trophy this year, and we will.

Get on us, we are pretty enticing odds at the mment.

As if anyone cares!!!! I think Owen will turn out to be a great signing as when fully fit has unquestionable talent. I would be more worried about your own team especially when Cesc leaves for Barca. You will be lucky to even make Europe this year.

Without Ronaldo Manure are still a much better team than you can dream of being at the moment, you only have to look at the ease with which they knocked you out the UCL last year to see that.

The ease? It was a one man show, and that man has now left the club to be replaced with an average player and an absolute has been.

I am sure they will end up buying their way out of this difficulty, but at present their fans must be very worried.

Cesc won't leave. He loves it at Arsenal and is the captain. Why on earth would be go to Barce when he knows he wills struggle to cement a starting place. His future lies at the Gunners:clap:

Well we have just signed Ajax's captain, and he is a very good player.

We have Arshavin from the start of the season who is obvious class act. We are a quality holding midfielder short of being potential champions.

Since when has a 29 year old been a hasbeen?
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see Manure lose big style but I do not think that will be the case. Being an Albion fan I hate Manure for 83 but then again Arse and all are also a team that I take pleasure in disliking.

Why would their fans be worried. Even without Ronaldo and no new signings they are still a miles better team than arsenal and liverpool. Ronaldo leaving just leaves the door open for Rooney to take the main attacking role. Arsenal need about 5 top players to be a force again, but half the team want out, even the captain has been slagging the club off in the press

Yes but this is a football messaging board, I can talk about the team I support if i wish.

You can indeed, I just thought it would have made more sense to do it on an Arsenal or Man U board.

It is nothing to do with his age, more to do with him being unable to stay regular fit now for years.

I mean I am perhaps being premature, and they are lining up a new striker with Owen just being back up. But if he is big in Sir Alex's plans, they can think twice about regaining their title:lolol:
