How many times will USG smash the league but miss out on the title in the play-offs. They are almost done this year.

That's a decent shout and not a million miles from how Rugby League works to determine the super league champions. The English Championship/L1/L2 play offs system could be adapted to give a lot more weight in finishing in the top, middle or bottom play off spots than present system.
You could do it by keeping same number of games. 4 play off games, 1 final game.
In say championship.
3rd place goes straight to Wembley final.
6th plays 5th over 2 legs with 5th having second leg home advantage.
The winner plays 4th over 2 legs with 4th having second leg advantage.
Winner plays 3rd at Wembley.
6th 5th have 4 games and 2 ties to get to Wembley final, 4th has 2 games and 1 tie to final, 3rd straight to final.
Still gives 6,5,4 a chance but league position would matter a lot more.
They aren’t the a feeder club. It was never Blooms intention for them to be anything other than another part of his football portfolio. We must be the only club who has a feeder club who doesn’t get the best player from said feeder club.
So we can't sign USG players? They aren’t the a feeder club. It was never Blooms intention for them to be anything other than another part of his football portfolio.
We got their top scorer two seasons ago and wanted Boniface over the summer but weren’t allowed to sign him due to the UEFA ruling. Two of their best players over the last few seasons have also been players we’ve loaned to them.
Not this season. So we can't sign USG players?
Not until the January transfer window (technically we might get a day to do a deal if the summer window closes on Sept 1st).So we can't sign USG players?
Sadly, it looks like they're going to miss out.Currently 0-2 down against Bruges……. who are down to 10 men!
