Well that strikes China and Russia from the list, too much to lose, both take our threat very seriously, so that leaves us with Rouge Nations such as the PRNK, our intelligence suggests they haven’t got the capability’s to come through the door at present so by my reckoning the deterrents working [emoji106][emoji120]

An attack on one NATO country is deemed an attack on them all. It does not necessarily mean that the UK's Nukes (which are American) are the reason the Russians or Chinese are in anyway concerned of the UK's missiles. PRNK are likely to target the US however futile this may be and the Chinese would never allow it.
Meanwhile it is the ordinary man and woman in any of these countries who would pay the price. The politicians and selected others would be safe in their luxury deep underground bunkers paid for by those who are left to suffer the effects of the disaster.
I get it, your not a fan of nuclear deterrent, that’s fair although it would of saved a bit of time if you’d just said that in the beginning [emoji23]
All I’ll say is that in October 62 the world came within inches of WW3 and probably unspeakable ramifications, thankfully the pause for thought that was afforded to the Russians imho saved the world and indeed has continued to do so ever since.
