My concern with this transfer speculation is that MA seems to be targeting the loan players that we have had here and have to a degree proved to not be the answer to our problems. I agree that Paul Wotton would be an ideal signing as we are missing that type of midfielder and if we can get Livermore fit and playing to the best of his ability it augers well for the rest of the season. I think that would be a better combination than trying to fit Johnson in and also I am not convinced that Anyinsah is any better than being on our bench. I agree that Fraser, Robinson need to go out on loan to a Div 2 side like Barnet, Wycombe and that Loft, Dixon should be allowed to leave probably to a conference side Woking Lewes or similar.

On a final point the Scout that was at the match between Aldershot and Dagenham and Redbridge was I believed to be looking at a Dagenham player not an Aldershot player? Have no idea who it was but maybe some of you may have an inkling?
Glen Southam.

Thanks

Thanks for that Silent Bob what does he do? Is he a striker, midfielder etc?

I forgot to say before that no move had been made to bring back Kevin Thornton as I dont know if you all recall the comment on a recent video that it was hard to ask some players what to do when they were only on loan as Thornton was starting to become a bit of a rebel on the training pitch and supposedly was complaining quite a lot, maybe why he wasnt playing much???

Anyhow fingers crossed for the next few weeks:)))

Cheers

Its about time someone sorted out the squad, players with promise can only have so long to deliver. We have too many players that just dont deliver on a regular basis.

whatever Thornton's reputation you have to say two things, firstly that Micky knew all about him having had him at Coventry for two years. And secondly, that he is probably well within his rights to be a bit hacked off. When you come to a lower league club on loan you're hoping to play games, and when you're regularly left out despite clearly being good enough, it must be frustrating.

Southam is a midfielder by the way.

I have a work colleague who is the strecher bearer/medical bloke at Craven Cottage and he thinks we are sniffing around their reserve left full back and their youth goalkeeper.

maybe hogwash, but he was dead right with the Fulham connection when Micky first came here...who knows

Richards is our only option at left-back, Savage was a second option which gave us depth, Dick didn't see the value he had on the team.

I think Kerry Mayo is close to being back isn't he??? Adams seems to see him as an option...
