I don't see it like that, Cucu is not in a back 3. Iooks a mess to me: Lamptey and Cucu trying to get forward and March, Gross trying to cover for them. To me it's a mess. I'd bring on Veltman to make a true back 3, then Lamptey and Cucu can play as true wing backs...IMO like

That was a pretty good chance for Moder. Should have got it on target. Perfectly set up. Maupay had a decent chance too.
Having said that Spurs have largely nullified us and we look clearly second best.

March really a weak point, NEVER crosses first time (and Spurs know it) and often just getting in the way of Cucarella.

Much of the time he gets into reasonable position but you just know nothing will come of it….

Lamptey needs a little kick up the arse to get going but sure he’ll come good.

I’d take March off (Welbeck on) and go 442. Maybe Veltman on for Gross to allow Lamptey to be more of a winger.

A bit unfortunate there, Kane brilliantly punished Webster's mistake but that second goal is a bit of a killer and so lucky. Now we have to throw men forward and Spurs can counter attack all night long. Certainly wasn't our best half of football, March has been so poor.
