As far as I am aware the two women you mentioned have got where they are today by their own hard work and determination .
They haven't played the victim card or expected guilt ridden fools to kneel for them . Why don't you get in touch though Twitter ( if that is possible) and call them out for being " BAME traitors " Would be interested to know if you get a response .

I am afraid I don't look back on the Tony Bair PM years with any nostalgia at all although I would like to reset the clock back to 1997 and live those years again , just to make a few changes in decisions that would make current life a bit more fruitful and bearable .

As for people arriving on inflatable boats being treated like criminals , are they being housed in prisons , I wasn't aware of that and shocking if true . Perhaps under a labour government they would be given a Dominos pizza and £200 clothing voucher upon arrival , then transported by coach to a 4 star hotel with full board , laundry service and spending money provided while waiting for suitable free housing to be found for them

Badenoch has been called out for her Britain First endorsement on Twitter by far more important people than me but has taken a vow of Twitter silence. All she seems to do on there is retweet praise.

Interesting your objection to Labour is what happened to you personally 25 years ago and not how Labour might have been for the country in the last 12 years. Self before country - typical Tory.

Heartwarming to hear Johnson give his valedictory presentation.

My god, he is clearly the most momentous giant of a PM in our history.

The tory MPs are giving him a standing ovation.

And yet....and yet they have just stabbed him in the back.

What a delusional and rum lot these tory MPs are.

Interesting , didn't know that Britains First have shown support for Kemi Badenoch , going have to give that some consideration . Does that mean that Britains First are not actually or no longer racist or does that make Ms Badenoch a Nazi ( and of course as we all know Nazis were and still are , very bad indeed )

Which is why I could never vote for them.

I can actually see the Tory Party splitting in 2 as a result of this. Those that respect the processes and rules and are the continuation of the decent Tory Party in one part, and the cowboy Cult Of Johnson in the other.

I wonder about this. I know some nice tories. There are tory folk on NSC who have declared they always vote tory and won't rest till the current shower are gone....

And yet....how easily the tory MPs have moved on. They give a hypocritical ovation to the man they have stabbed in the back, and are already looking towards the horizon, the new leader, and the next Win.

What have they learned? Is it 'don't lie to the public'? Or is it simply.....

'Don't get caught lying to the public more than 5 times'.....?

It's odd that no other party seems to have supporters whose position is 'my party, right or wrong'. PM caught shagging his mother at number 10? Do the public know? Do they care? If not we jog on. If it may affect my electability, get rid quick and carry on like nothing happened.

And they mocked labour for being 'split' (having more than one opinion and a willingness to argue among themselves).

What is best for the country? People who argue among themselves sometimes, or Daleks? Well the new Davros will be elected by the geriatrics soon, giving us a few more years to chose our side....

Why spoil a carefully-nurtured prejudice with unpalatable facts?

I posted it in this thread. You obviously missed it. Don't forget that Paul Golding has a conviction under the Terrorism Act.

Just looked up the charge for terrorism for Paul Golding , refusing to give The Police the pin number of his mobile phone after a trip to Moscow

So does that make Kimi Badenoch also a terrorist or is Paul Golding mellowing by endorsing a women of Nigerian origin as PM , could there be a hidden message in the surname of Ms Badenoch that Britans First have picked up on

If Paul Golding joined NSC and thumbed up one of my posts would that make me a Nazi and or terrorist

Silly post. I have read frightening things about the conditions that boat people are housed in using buildings and facilities that are unfit for human habitation and the like. Prison would be preferable.
And while not going to the ridiculous measures you suggest, I would imagine that the Labour Party ( or Lib-Dems or Green Party or Plaid Cymru or the SNP or whoever else might have a say) would be far more likely to treat them as human beings with some dignity rather than something nasty they have just stepped in.

Just found this, and have also read about people being housed in old military barracks which are unfit for human habitation.

The fact that none of this is of any concern to you, tells us a bib-full.

Not the main issue AT ALL, but I find it ridiculous – stupid, even – when a press release (or, in this case a letter, by the looks of it) quotes the person it is written by.

This must be bollocks then https://www.cityam.com/30000-uk-hot...ome-office-every-day-to-house-asylum-seekers/

UP to 30,000 hotel rooms across the UK are being requisitioned by the Home Office every day to house asylum seekers waiting for their claims to be processed.

A total of 37,000 asylum seekers are currently in hotel accommodation, at a cost to the UK taxpayer of almost £5m a day, according to a GB News report.

As the Government acknowledges the increasing reliance on hotels is “unsustainable”, the first of around 1,500 asylum seekers are expected to arrive at a former RAF base in North Yorkshire this week.

The move, which has enraged local people in the nearby village of Linton-on-Ouse, is part of a package of measures to help tackle the growing asylum seekers accommodation crisis and reduce the need for costly hotels.

I did laugh when Johnson mentioned at PMQ'S that he wanted to bring in a Bill preventing Wildcat Strikes.....that might prevent another Tory PM from having 50+ ministers from walking out in the future !

It’s a tricky one. The facts are that Britain First have endorsed her and she has been knocked out of the leadership race. I haven’t seen any evidence she is a white supremacist. Perhaps the thinking behind the endorsement was to get the only black candidate eliminated ? The internet did the rest. Not an episode that will encourage ethnic minority participation in politics.

The crazy thing is the government has created this problem themselves, and it's probably deliberate. Last year nearly 75% of asylum applications were granted. Assuming this pattern continues, the vast majority of those currently being housed in hotels will be granted asylum - they have the legal right to be here! The reason there are so many people stuck in hotels is simply the glacial pace that the Home Office deals with applications. If they wanted to reduce the backlog they could simply employ more staff. However, it is highly likely that they actually prefer NOT to deal with applications efficiently, in the belief that this makes the UK a less welcoming place to come. It's called the "Hostile Environment"!!
