James Duddridge said that he continued to support Johnson because Johnson had an “electoral magic” that made him right for the country and right for the party.

I can just imagine Johnson sitting in the Cabinet room, having a tantrum and shouting “It’s still my TURN! I wanna ‘nother go! waahhh!”

Having a smug and entitled face even more punchable than Johnson’s takes some doing. But Gove has one. Such a shame Johnson got rid of him on the phone rather than fisty cuffs in the No.10 rose garden.

Refusing to get out of the pool. There was a window where his resistance to the inevitable was almost, almost admirable. He’s way past that now. He’ll regret being this stubborn.

Oh shite.

I just got an email - I've been appointed Health Secretary tomorrow from 19:00 to 20:00, but I'll be watching Le Tour highlights.

Can anyone swap?

Apparently I’ve been made Attorney General on Friday night, so you lot had best behave

I get increasingly sick of those tedious knobs who wait for live broadcasts to shout their belligerent slogans when the rest of us just want to listen to the latest news and some analysis from the experts. It’s boorish and arrogant to think we’d rather listen to them, particularly at moments like this.

Bury North MP James Daly has resigned as a parliamentary private secretary for the Department for Work and Pensions stating he has “lost confidence” in the prime minister.

Sacking Gove is hilarious! :lolol:

The fear is that he'll now return to comedy rather than simply staying with the current farce.

He won’t because he’s exposed for the sociopathic narcissist that he is. And we’ve known he is for a long time. The parallels with Trump are there for everyone to see and history remember. A man who thinks he’s Churchill’s heir, a more damaging delusional PM this country has never seen. It’s a worrying trend in politics. Hence I’d celebrate his assassination if anyone was crazy enough because if that’s what it takes these days for this new breed of ‘democratic’ politicians to go….? Basically, I’m happy to see them leave office in a box because they are beyond contempt and have become self appointed dictators such is their thirst for power and to hang onto at any cost.

I’ve got levelling up.

Houses prices are going to be the same as Burnley countrywide as of now.

I think you may have gone a step too far there, sorry!

I am beginning to wonder, given the incredible 'destroy and exit' that seems to be underway, whether the fat lying messy smirking bungle**** has always hated the country and the Conservative party and it has been his plan all along to make a monumental mess of everything. For a laugh.

He's a disgusting human being on every level.
