I don't think Premier League players have much professional pride and they certainly don't care less whether their owner gets another few million pounds or not.

I'd also guess that the greedy players also don't care much for the 5-10% of the finishing bounty they may get. 10% of £2m divided by a squad of say 25 = around £8,000 or a day's wages!

Clean sheet bonuses, goal and win bonuses, performance related bonuses. People might be surprised how much playing well in a game of football is worth.

In 1982 it was the difference between £15 per game and £20 per game, trust me it made winning very worthwhile (my "normal" job was worth about £30 a week)

He MUST have about 15. I mean that's three times a Pascal Gross...and that is what he cost. So he must be on 15 goals now.

AT LEAST. If you think what Murray is on. I'll go check, bet he's not far off Golden Boot territory.

Ok. So we should spend the money on pick n' mix instead. Despite being the most costly substance on Earth, it's still better value than Benteke.

3 points down, the lowest of all season, but that means 37 points which I think will be enough (thanks Saints, Swansea and WBA).

How bloody poor were we in that second half today though?!

I would LOVE, absolutely LOVE a win at Palace to put them in it. I fear a draw is as good as we can muster though.

Now 4 points behind this schedule, with a quite possible LLLLL ahead, yet we're odds on to day up.

Now 4 behind, Palace 2 ahead.

I hate Palace.

I think we all know that another point or 2 will be enough though.

Southampton are capable of matching our 35 points with their run in, but can't see them topping it.

I fancy a long overdue bonus on Tuesday night.

Bedwetting on NSC as we only get 9 points from our first 10 games.
Talk of Europe when we hit 23 points in mid December.
Talk of relegation again by the end of January.
Then NSC goes crazy after we reach 38 point with five matches to go
NSC bedwets again as we take just 2 points from the final five matches, players on the beach, not trying etc etc etc etc etc.

Well my prediction was nearly right so far.
