As a pundit said if you say players are tired enough times players will start believing it

Completely agree with this. It’s a mitigating factor that he could have used once or twice after games, to deflect from performances, and take the heat off his players.

Now he’s drowned on so much about it, that he’s basically excusing poor performance levels before games have even started. He’s given those unperforming players a completely free ride.

Imagine having a job like him with all the benefits that come with it yet still find it within yourself to be the most ungracious Miserable fukka on the planet.

I think I'd rather stick to my 10 quid a hour gig if that's what happens when you have money to burn.

What a absolute wanker.

There have been a number of times this season, when we have surprised the opposition in the first half, with our formation and tactics. Some managers have made adjustments at half time and made it more difficult for us. Teuchel despite coming up against Potter twice in a matter of weeks seemed to not have a clue how he could change things. He has the look of a manager who is very lucky to have got as far as he has. Missing both first choice full backs is really hurting them, when it really shouldn't given the resources at their disposal. Tiredness really is a poor excuse.

He was completely outthought by Potter - all over the pitch - right from the kick-off. Then plays the 'tired' card as he was outcoached by Potter and couldn't beat, again, little old Brighton.

"They played it like a cup game". That’s an insult.

We played the way we always do against PL opposition. If we played better than recent games, it’s because Chelsea allowed us to.

If anything, Chelsea played it like a cup game: getting on the bus and not knowing where they were going. A sub-standard, tired, team expecting to win. It is only Brighton after all. Feeble excuses after the match (similar to the last time). Moaning that we celebrated after drawing – or rather, allowing Chelsea to take just two points from a nailed on six.

“It's difficult to play here anyway”. Well get this Tommy, it’s not just Chelsea that find that. Other better prepared top clubs do too and they recognise it and appreciate what they are up against. You were beaten, you didn’t just lose. So stop whining.

Unglaublich – my favourite German word, for unbelievable.

What have Tuchel, Klopp and Guardiola have in common? Mourinho too?

They are so obsessive about winning that when they don't, they flip. All smiles and good humour when things go their way but when they fail to get the results they need, they get pissy, defensive and spiteful.

You wouldn't want to hang around with people like that but they do tend to have lots of medals.

I watched the game on telly, and the coverage of Tuchel there was quite revealing.

Every time they showed him (which was quite frequent), he was visibly agitated, annoyed, frustrated and angry.

In short, pissed off with his players and too busy blaming them and feeling hard done by/exasperated/sorry for himself.

Awful body language, awful vibe to be communicating to your players.

His whole demeanor was about as demotivating as it gets. For all his supposed success and A-list reputation, I’d far rather have the likes of GP as manager.

Seems like an intelligent bloke but surely banging on about how tired your players are isn't going to help your team is it?

Also, complaining about players that are missing like 'We have no wingbacks' - that doesn't really give the players that are filling in much confidence does it?

Potter would never say those things as he knows it doesn't help the team.

Imagine taking a job without doing your homework about the number of games and frequency played in a season then moaning like a little bitch about it every week.

His ‘cup game’ and ‘celebrated a draw’ comments showed a complete lack of class from someone who has just been schooled by a manager with a fraction of the quality he has at his disposal.

Honeymoon is over for this whining gimp he has been found out and we know the owner has no hesitation pulling the trigger

I think some of Tuchel’s comments were very revealing - pointing out that BHA were “well prepared”, saying that sometimes he gets on the bus and can’t remember where he’s going; saying it was like a cup game, etc. Code for “oops…I didn’t really prepare the team for the Brighton match…I just thought we could pitch up there and win”. What an idiot. Abramovic probably not very happy!

Tuchel last 13 games they have as many points as Lampards last 13 games....

Dissent in camp is there... wait for the inevitable terrible decision to sack him
