They're only human. It's going to go through their heads at some point, I'm be surprised if none of them was influenced in some way by the attire.

I'm pretty sure it was CSI where one of the District Attorneys referred to a jury as "12 people too stupid to get out of jury duty" which, whilst coming from a work of fiction, isn't necessarily that far from the truth.
