They already think there might not be any traitors left and Frankie will know there is one and were two before Freddie so it's unlikely there were more than two at this stage so will assume there are none left so they just need to get rid of Charlotte
But, if Frankie doesn't tell the truth she can get rid of all the other faithful and just leave her and Charlotte as the final two, she will then get rid of Charlotte and win the lot
Whatever happens it seems almost impossible that one or more faithful won't win so imo the Seer spoils the final episode, happy to be proved wrong

It's obvious the traitors throw each other under the bus at the end so the faithful have to be incredibly dumb not to win

Guess the fact that they no longer have to announce whether they are faithful or traitor makes it more likely that both Frankie and Charlotte go rather than one or the other.
