Whats puzzling me is that Harry 'got lucky' with the shield that protected him that one particular night...
yet why didn't the faithful pick up on the fact that the traitors' didn't try to murder him any subsequent night(s)?

A lot of it doesn’t make a huge amount of sense - I’m guessing if you’re actually in there, a certain amount of clarity of thought just goes out the window and you end up blinded to a whole lot.
Harry played a great game no doubt, and I doubt there’ll be another Traitor with such a clever, mischievous streak for some time, but I’m amazed by how little he got suspected, especially towards the end.

There was only one more murder after the recruitment of Ross and Harry covering that with the shield story. That was the murder of Zack which was done to put the suspicion on Jasmine. So it probably didn’t come up as Harry only survived one more murder before they got to the finals and they were all pretty much focused on Jasmine at that point.

I watched with my teenage daughter.
I took the opportunity to point out to her, that Mollie allowing her emotions, to trump her rational responses was her undoing.
Mollie had all the evidence necessary, and had worked it out, but failed to take the right choice, based on nothing but boyish charm and blind trust
How did your daughter respond? Call you a mansplaining prat and storm up to her room?

Her current beau has recently proven himself to be less than trustworthy.
Better off going back to UK Season 1 or Australian Season 1 if you haven't already, they're both good.
I've seen them both. I wasn't planning to watch more, too much of a good thing would ruin it.
I've heard mixed noises about Aus S2.
There's also The Trust on Netflix, which is an interesting concept but very American and flashy and a bit annoying production wise.
Squid Game: The Challenge on Netflix is GOOD. A mix of US, UK and Aussie contenders - enjoyed it quite a bit more than the actual series it is based on. Real social experiment stuff - 456 people move into this massive place with no daylight, only 1 comes out at the end, winning $4.56m.

Squid Game was good although the final few challenges coming down to games of chance was a bit dissapointing.

last year Wilf came basically as close as Harry did and faced a similar situation in terms of the outgoing traitor sticking one in on the way out as well as also having 1 faithful that he was almost certain wouldn't turn on him. Harry was fortunate that Andrew wasn't quite as convincing/blatant as Kieran last year (partly because he's probably just a bit of a nicer bloke- Kieran reacted in anger whereas I actually think Andrew was probably quite confident that Harry could ride it out and wanted to give him a bit of a challenge).
Also Harry kept pretty calm after that whereas if you remember last year, Wilf basically had an absolute meltdown, threatening the others with ultimatums that they eventually realised was quite a clear change in behaviour and enough to change their minds.
He was a worthy winner for sure, an excellent player of the game but I'd certainly be miffed if I was Jaz

I'm quite a way through Australian Traitors Series 2. First series I remember being pretty good and this is ok. Slightly hampered by going down the path of half D list celebrities and half general public. Without spoilering in any way, they are all spectacularly stupid and a lot of them extremely obnoxious. Still extremely addictive but the UK version has it spot on, this version is a little more "reality tv" which is not my thing at all.
We watched the first episode and decided it was too many “celebs” to make it interesting, so binned it off.
Three full series in a month would probably be too much anyway!
that doesnt sound so good. Hope the UK one doesnt go down same path.
Happened with Big Brother after the first couple of series with normal people.
TV obsessed with celebrities' , chase , pointless , masterchef etc etc etc. .... BORING

Jaz made a fatal error when he voted to banish again at the end because he should have pointed out to Molly that why would he vote to banish if he was a traitor and put his chances of winning at risk, surely that would have been enough to convince her
The US version last year was the same. I agree - it doesn't help the format at all. The beauty of the UK version is that the cast have generally been chosen so well without stupidly OTT characters. I don't watch any reality TV shows at all so I was amazed to get so into this last year. I just hope the UK version can stay "true" without too many gimmicks or obviously provocatively irritating players.
That said, once you start watching either the US or Aussie version its hard to stop.
