Postmen

Does anyone know if they still exist or do you have to go and collect your own post nowadays?

Except you'll probably find a striking postie in your seat tomorrow, having PILFERED your ticket.

Here we go again, people who slag off out postal system should try a few other country's services. then you;d learn to appreciate what a good service we have. The postal workers are merely trying to save their jobs so I don't blame them one iota. It's just amazing how selfish some people can be.

I agree. Holding the country to ransom by stopping everybody receiving personal and business mail. Selfish bastards.

Nobody has obviously ever made you redundant ? At least with the Postal system there are alternatives which is not true of people in transportation. Not just trains and tubes but what about air traffic controllers who strike during the holiday season ?

Not Luton! Thank God
The posties are trying to keep hold of a final salary pension scheme, which is something virtually noone has anymore. The CWU appears to still believe that they are still working in a public company. All that is going to happen is that the RM will lose more business and so have to lose more jobs.

If the postie is on strike he wouldn't be at work, so how could he have pilfered the ticket?
