Gangs of youths. It’s getting pretty bad everywhere. Assaults, robberies and general antisocial behaviour by young people is going through the roof. Not enough police to manage it due to funding being slashed repeatedly. It’s a sorry state of affairs and I don’t blame them.

At a recent Peacehaven game, there were two rival gangs of teenagers menacing people, each other, obviously while intoxicated.

Too many kids are turning up to non league just to cause trouble. A good mate of mine who supports Southport, was locked in a pub in Fylde as a local youth had turned up with a knife, very silly. Ruins the experience sometimes, of course it’s good for kids to enjoy non league, but not to intimidate people that’s stupid.

Plenty of U16s enjoying free admission at the Pilot Field yesterday in the 1012 crowd with no problems at all .

The home side moved up to 6 place in the Isthmian Premier Division after a 1-0 win . Carshalton going down to 10 men early in the 2nd half after a straight red card was a complete mystery to me , have no idea what the referee saw . Anybody here that was there that can fill me in ?

Worthing away at Hemel Hempstead for me yesterday.

Fairly even game ending 1-1. HH scored with a pen first half and Ollie Pearce equalised on 71 mins with a nice volley.

Both teams could have won it late on but a point each it was. Worthing still unbeaten in NLS and sit third.

I think it’s a shame some people refuse to recognise the problem.

I just hope they don’t get stabbed up by a gang.

Non league of sorts it was that standard . FK Grabalj 1FK Kom 0 Montenegro Div 2 . One stand which was uncovered but segregated. Att 100ish.Entry free ,walked 4.5 miles to tick it . Awful standard . Got another game planned Wednesday.

That's a long way to go to tick of another ground , at least you didn't have to pay for entry though

How did the lad from Crawley look?

Given the money they spend each week not surprised Ebbsfleet and Havant and Waterlooville have already broken away, but I wonder how much closer Worthing would be if Jake Robinson had not done his ACL 20 minutes into the season 🙈

Moe Shubbar couldn't get into the game first 45 and was substituted very early 2nd half. To be fair, he's only been at Worthing a few days so hopefully he just needs a few matches.

And yes, real shame about Jake Robinson ... great start with a goal 5 mins first game and then does his ACL!!

Littlehampton
I landed from Milan and drove straight to Feltham for Hanworth Villa 3 Littlehampton 2 in the FA Trophy. Littlehampton looked to have won it with a Joe Benn rocket, but two very late goals from Villa sent Golds tumbling out of the competition. The less said about the bahaviour of some of the Littlehampton 'fans' the better. More fines in the post and more reputational damage done. Sigh.
