Hoping to see CMS tonight as his Bedford team take on Leiston in Southern Premier Central.

I don’t think CMS gets much time on the pitch these days, but when he does he still tends to run around a lot, just not quite as quickly or for as long!

One of my neighbours plays for Bedford, so I go and watch them every now and again.

It begs the question, that if the Wrexham team are of League One quality, and they attract crowds of 10,000, what on earth have they been doing playing in the National League for years.

I think the recent addition of "Hollywood" money probably answers that question.

I watched the show on Disney over the weekend and whilst it would appear they do care and you can't argue they aren't putting their money where their mouths are BUT it does seem like a bit of a toy to them. I can see it going very wrong sadly.

I'm very much in agreement with that, they do seem to have a lot of 'fun' but when the tough gets going, it will be interesting to see if they are so happy go lucky. I think there hearts are in the right place, but they did only buy Wrexham after Hartlepool told them to F off (so the Wrexham Supporter in the pub told me). I do wonder what will happen IF they get bored.

It goes a lot further back than that. Google the FA Vase semi final at Gresley Rovers in 1991. LA has always had a fair number of troublemakers, whether that’s following Albion or their home Town team. Problem is the higher profile of games following recent success, they’ve crawled out of the woodwork. The committee are ill prepared and financially constrained as to what action to take - they’re just volunteers at the end of the day, they don’t need this sh*t.

It's a shame really. It's great to see Littlehampton folk getting behind their team. I want them to do well (Not at the expense of Hawks, obviously).

Or maybe not so lucky. CMS sent off?!

Just back, he only lasted 35 mins. Straight red for what looked like an elbow in the face. We won 3-0 but Bedford hit the bar in 2nd half and missed an open goal.

Missed the excitement of Anfield , instead enjoyed a close encounter at the Recreation Ground where Little Common and Saltdean United shared the points , final score 1-1

Another SCFL fixture for me, a local Horsham derby game, Broadbridge Heath v. Horsham YMCA. Finished honours even at 1-1.

A fifth straight defeat for the away side avoided, than's to Dean Lovegrove levelling from the penalty spot.

Did anyone go to Three Bridges? I’m curious how many Hereford were there. Initially I was surprised it was being played The Jubilee Field so therefore I was equally supervised there were less than 800 there (however still a good earner for them)

I went to Peacehaven v Uckfield, lost 4 nil, so nothing to mention except while on the subject of crowds, apparently it was just shy of 400 so not too bad

1 2 at home to Wealdstone, slipping into relegation under a clown .

The Halifax game was a good watch though. I'm trying to get the new home shirt but they appear to be out of L and XL. New away shirt is a bit 'rugby league'.
