Me Neither when I went there with Torquay there was an attendance of 742 of which 301 were Torquay, abysmal attendance for National League. Can't blame people though when its £22 to get into the ground there. It is a shame. Personally, I don't want Boreham Wood anywhere near the football league and I hope Notts County do it. Saying that, Conference playoffs are have a habit of being cruel which could definitely work in the favour of Worthing.
I remember Eastbourne Borough missing out when the final was still the winners of the North and South winners then going up a couple of years later. It is a great feeling, especially if Worthing do it and then manage to stay up.
4,000 AllegedllyBig crowd at Worthing tonight.. How many does the ground hold ?

Not a dig, genuine question.it's apparently around 4,000 but I've been in crowds of about 2,200 and it was absolutely rammed. I reckon 2,500 is realistically the limit of what it can actually accommodate
Not a dig, genuine question.
Is that good enough to get into the conference?
I imagine they meet a lot of things, one being that the minimum capacity is 4000 with the possiblity for segregation. There's a lot of little things that need to be changed such as entrance turnstiles, press seating and advertising boards. It's quite in depth. Not a dig, genuine question.

My understanding is that they needed a few more seats, so pushed them closer together. My understanding is that they've done enough this season to the ground to meet whatever requirements would be needed IF they got promoted
but the ground is at the lower end of those requirements so would undoubtedly need stuff done to it at some point. However it's completely hemmed in by houses on 3 sides so not an easy task
Yes, 3G ban is League 2 and above. If promoted are Wothing able to continue using 3G pitch
I think ultimately the national league is their ceiling, they would struggle to compete in that league IMO.My understanding is that they needed a few more seats, so pushed them closer together.
There’s work going on at the West end of the ground and plans for other bits and pieces, but the ground is a bit like Luton in the way it’s constrained by housing.
The only real long term solution to staying there and expanding a bit would be to take over the bowling club to the South and swing the pitch through 90 degrees. That would be hugely expensive, though and therefore probably not achievable.

I knew it was tough but this is a proper hinderance. Even worse when you see it from this picture: https://goo.gl/maps/j5XqnbsxC1vviQ4CAMy understanding is that they needed a few more seats, so pushed them closer together.

Oxford City are looking strong IMO, and seriously going for it as they don't want to be in the NL North next season, if projections are correct. St Albans always seem to win a ridiculous score line like 4-3 so there's goals there. Dartford would have finished top, just unlucky they were in a year that Ebbsfleet threw everything at it. Worthing are a decent side but I always have questions over the defence for them, they'll have to outscore the others.May be a bit naive of me but thoughts on Worthing's play-off hopes?
Braintree (H)
Oxford City (A)
Dartford (A) or St Albans (H)
Can Worthing do it? Or are there some teams in there which look too strong for this Worthing team?
£22 is stupid pricing at that level.Me Neither when I went there with Torquay there was an attendance of 742 of which 301 were Torquay, abysmal attendance for National League. Can't blame people though when its £22 to get into the ground there.
Who owns the ground ? Must be worth a fortune for redevelopmentI knew it was tough but this is a proper hinderance. Even worse when you see it from this picture: https://goo.gl/maps/j5XqnbsxC1vviQ4CA
I guess the National League is about as high as they could go before having to look for a new ground.
Looks like to redevelop, bowls club would have to be included for access. Maybe they would be like Preston bowls club in Brighton who have turned down big offers because members didn't want to relocateWho owns the ground ? Must be worth a fortune for redevelopment
