Boris has promised much I just hope that he gets a majority that will allow him to show that he can produce what he promised if not then people are entitled to doubt him and his intentions.

He’s already proven he can’t deliver what he promised. Primarily because most of it broke the law.

I'd vote LD for the same reasons, but with such an appalling electoral system one has to be careful. . . .so a red tick it must be as the only way of getting the tories out in Adur.

As far as antisemetism is concerned, it's barely a dot in the distance to my mind, largely generated by Australian propaganda! compared with the voting record and opinions of our current MP it doesn't even register To the power of ten as a proportional issue against the overall population.

Just like all Labour voters then ...

Wake up Grandad, the man is an habitual liar, he can’t help it. His family have disowned him. Former boses slate him. He’s lied all his professional life. Produce what he promised - he’s broken that already!!

He hasnt, as he has been thwarted by an opposition hell bent on destroying the country. If not we would now be out of the EU. As it happens name me a politician who does what he or she says.

I thought it was more than eloquent given the gravitas of the Original statement, what don't you like about it?

Personally I find the use of ‘retard’ as a response to someone’s opinion thait happens to differ to your own, a bit pathetic. But actually I feel using that word in any context offensive and totally unnecessary.

Jeremy Corbyn? John McDonnell?

They certainly do. They support terrorists and have an Idol in Lenin, probably Mao and support that terrible scurge, socialism. That harbinger of death, persecution and poverty. Corbyn voted continuously against the European Union. Now what is he saying? Liars, miscreants and definitley residivist communists.

Neither he, nor you, get to decide, at which point people are allowed to ‘doubt his intentions”, thanks.

Oh give it a rest, please, or change newspapers to get a more balanced reasoned point of view...

We have PR in Ireland - and that is what most people still do - except you have to vote down the list from the candidate you don't like least to the candidate you don't like most - or, as I usually do, spoil your vote by writing a slogan across it because you can't bring yourself to vote for any of the assholes.

If you are going to spoil your ballot, don't forget that the candidates at each constituency do get the chance to go through the uncounted ones with the returning officer to agree whether they should be discounted. This does give us all an opportunity to send a message directly to one or more of the candidates.

If there's a bunch of you all plannng to spoil your ballots, who could agree to write something weirdly specific that would keep appearing on ballot after ballot without explanation, this could be a chance for some dadaist mind games.

BG, he knew exactly the make up of Parliament, how many seats he has. and how they had voted for May's deal WHEN HE MADE THAT PROMISE. Don't make promises you cannot keep. We all knew he wouldn't be able to do it, but he promised it anyway.
