strong and stable with me, or...
It would cost every WORKING adult about 19p (very rough calculation) each to send these poor souls home intact. I can live with that.
I think it would cost each working adult more like £0.0019...

That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.
If Corbyn ends up Prime Minister it will be the political equivalent of coming back from a 3-0 half-time deficit to win 4-3 courtesy of four own goals. Right now the Tories are up 3-2.
Most EU luvvies are 'snowflakes'.
And Farage left early thinking it was all over...
You're consistent.
You contribute as much to NSC as you do to the Treasury and Society as a whole
Oh dear. The OP was discussing the possibility of snow causing a problem with the senior citizen vote.Snow consists of snowflakes. Most EU luvvies are 'snowflakes'.Has it started to impinge on that blubbery lump mixed with air between your ears yet?If not, then you must be Watford zero answers.
The day after the Tories launched their thin, risk-free manifesto and Farage stood down over 300 candidates earmarked to contest Tory seats I thought that was that - a GE win for Boris, but I have to say I'm staggered at how history is repeating itself and the Tories are making the same mistakes of 2 years ago.
Endless repetition of the slogan - Strong and stable / Get Brexit Done, ducking leader's debates - Climate change on Channel 4 AND Boris vs Andrew Neil. However, alienating national treasure Sir David Attenborough on climate change and being condemned by the parents of the lad that died in the London Bridge terrorist incident for politicising the circumstances of his death are quite remarkable.

So your new definition of a snowflake is "anyone who's white"?
The Tories have more support on NSC than a normal section of society. This has a lot to do with the mods refusing to deal with right wing extremism on here and making it safe space for them. Don't be fooled, most normal people abhor Boris.
Have a look at the following - https://yougov.co.uk/uk-general-election-2019/, Yougov suggesting Tories will get 68 more seats than all the other parties added together!
I'm aware of that poll, just as I'm aware of other polls that paint a closer picture.
I'm not saying the Tories won't win, but they don't seem to learn from past mistakes. As a party they've gone 'all in' on Brexit, if it goes tits up then God help them.
Almost certainly there are voters who will back Boris and then go on to lose their jobs, voters who could have taken a chance with Corbyn's socialist utopia. Low risk for them but potentially high reward. Binned - in favour of "getting Brexit done".
The pressure on the Labour party seems to be showing.
Coburn upset McDonald and Corbyn faced apologising about the rife anti-semantics within the labour party reluctantly.
Even little old cuddly dog-loving softy Schofield can rile Corbyn, and he calls himself a party leader.
Can you imagine Corbyn leading this country through Brexit and beyond, without debt spiralling out of control and keeping us all safe?
Remember last week when the Tories went crying to Ofcom about Channel 4's ice stunt? Well Ofcom have told them to get lost.

....thin skinned lot, aren't they? That's the nail in the coffin for Ofcom then. How long till Murdoch gets Fox News UK?
