I've read through the last few pages of this thread and am finding it really depressing.

Some of the rhetoric and use of language is really over the top. Why can't people just put their views across without descending into personal abuse?

I know this is NSC, not for the faint hearted etc etc, but surely there has to be some form of basic mutual respect for each others opinions. Because at the end of the day, that's what they are......

There’s definitely been a sea change in the last 4 years in the country, Commons and on NSC. Formerly on NSC, the rows that turned nasty were about relatively innocuous stuff such as whether an Albion player was good enough, a manager, people standing at away games blocking a view, cyclists versus petrol-heads. Then they were usually forgotten.

Polarised times and they’re here to stay.
