No, Gus dropped the case with no compo.
We could get some kind of steer in the accounts - either they will have made a provision for a settlement, or they will disclose the possibility of a court case, or, if they don't do either, it will be implicit that nothing is expected to be paid out. Gus was sacked on 24 June, just before the year-end, so any compensation payable or even thought to be likely at that time, even if it now appears less likely, can be booked in these accounts, unless they relate to actions post 30 June. I think all the controversial stuff happened pre that date. we will see.
