BBC News - Trapped Chile miners get supplies
The miners have not been told it may take up to four months to get them out, the head of the rescue operation said.
Andres Sougarret said it could take that long to drill a new shaft wide enough to pull the men to safety.
Specialised equipment has begun to arrive at the San Jose copper and gold mine, near the city of Copiapo, for the task.

If any of them has claustrophobia they've probably had to deal with it, being miners.
I don't think they can read your post at the moment, US.
I don't think 'miner' tends to be the occupation of choice for chronic claustrophobics...

Maybe not for a few hours at a time but 4 months would drive anyone mental surely ?.
