The funny thing is, I always get the impression they expect people to admire them, for "standing up for our rights", or whatever.

Whereas in reality, most people are distinctly embarrassed at these people attempting to portray themselves as representative of the British view.

Many millions also believe in Santa Claus, alien landings, or that all Christians are infidels who should be wiped off the face of the earth in the name of Islam. Doesn't make it correct though, does it?

Beats me why people like you get hung up on who somebody happens to fall in love with, or what they do in the privacy of their own homes. Did you select your missus on that basis, or did you just realise you liked her one day?*

Man fights for life after attack

A man believed to be the victim of a racist attack is still fighting for life.

Detectives tonight renewed their appeal for information as the 50-year-old remained in a critical condition at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.

The victim, who suffered a serious head injury, is thought to have been assaulted between 9pm and 10pm while walking his dog in a twitten between Bevendean Avenue and Medmerry Hill, Bevendean, Brighton, last Monday night.

He did not report the assault to police at the time but his condition gradually worsened until he was admitted to hospital.

Detectives believed the man had been speaking earlier to people who were having a barbecue or get together in Bevendean Crescent.

Police said the man hae been a victim of racist abuse in the past.
