Weekly shop tonight, this thread has wetted my appetite for SPAM, now what should I make Saturday ?

So many to choose from, spam pie has never even crossed my tiny mind before, Crusty pastry and Spam, what is not to like....

I grew up with spam, but then graduated to PEK from Poland after a couple of decades. That was delicious.
My version of corned beef hash was layers of corned beef, sliced potatoes and onions, finishing with potatoes on top, with an oxo cube gravy.

Hawaiians do love their spam, consuming on average 5 cans per person a year. However, this pales in comparison to the residents of Guam who go through 16 cans each.

Interestingly, Hawaii and Guam are the two places on earth where you can find Spam in McDonald's.

It was the normal fritters I tried. Maybe they would be better deep fried but oven baked they were horrible
