I mean, look at this menu -- there's something for everyone. It's like going to freakin' Subway, man! You can even mix 'n' match toppings and sauces/gravies. It's a party in your mouth with each bite!

Whilst living up north as a young floor layer burning calories like no tomorrow, I would eat all sorts of shite, from pies in balms and another firm favourite was chips and deep fried spam fritters, oh so yummy

LOVED spam fritters as a kid.

Not eaten it for years but buy loads as fishing bait now

I believe it was introduced as a wartime emergency ration. It used to be a cheap option in post-war Britain too, hence it often turned up in school dinners - it sure as hell isn't now!
