Minteh's performance for me, he was rapid not only going forward but getting back to cover too. That Mitoma touch was sublime. It was also our second full 90min performance!!! Please can we play Chelsea every week?

Pretty much everything. We are so much better when we are compact (Jack helps a lot with this). Also enjoyed Webster’s positional play (so much better than Dunk this year) and Bart’s save at the end. Clean sheets matter and that comes from someone who dabbles in ‘bed wetting’.

f***ing weird that Mill Hill lot I had to change to the race course a decent friendly bunch.
They were properly hitting it saying it was one of our worst performances and that we have played much better and lost. Yet there was me thinking that was our best 90mins of the season as we didn't go missing for any periods

You should have reminded them Chelsea didn’t register a shot on target so how have played badly?
You are right most complete performance of the season from defence to attack.

Just far enough away from LDC
I've mentioned it elsewhere but Welbeck laughing and pointing to the big screen when Enzo was still losing his head at the ref for allowing the 3rd goal. It was also as if welbeck was saying 'we've just seen it on the screen mate'. Enzo then pushed him and got booked.

The WhatsApp messages from my Chelsea supporting boss after I asked him if he wanted me to get him a programme from the game.

Fernandez was probably trying to think of a song about where Welbeck's parents are from

He worked SO hard last night. He was notably deep at times, helping out, and made a couple of great blocks in our penalty box. But it also feels like he's starting to understand what's needed to flourish in the PL. His game brain is developing, if you like (he's still very young, let us not forget) and his decision making is much improved. He's nailing that wing spot, isn't he?

There was a guy near me in west upper who for the entire game shouted a c-bomb at great volume whenever Cucurella touched the ball. I recorded some examples because in an infantile way I found it hilarious, but one highlight was he did it even when the ball Cucurella kicked was a 2nd one that had come onto the pitch and he was kicking it out. Impressive commitment, unwavering in dedication to duty. 10/10
