There was a guy near me in west upper who for the entire game shouted a c-bomb at great volume whenever Cucurella touched the ball. I recorded some examples because in an infantile way I found it hilarious, but one highlight was he did it even when the ball Cucurella kicked was a 2nd one that had come onto the pitch and he was kicking it out. Impressive commitment, unwavering in dedication to duty. 10/10

I'm glad you highlighted this behaviour.

We should never underestimate the sheer mental stamina required to maintain a high level of abuse for the whole game. Good effort.

Had Talksport on for the 1st hour or so of my drive home. You wouldn't have known who Chelski had played if you had just switched on. Not one mention of BHA, just endless drivel about Chelski's form.

There was some Chelsea spanner wanging on after the game about their top 4 chances.

"If we can't beat Brighton, then how are we going to beat City, Newcastle, Bournemouth ?"

The presenter could of course have pointed out that Brighton have already beaten all of them. But the moment passed.

• Watching Nkunku perform a quite astonishing vanishing trick for the second 90 minute period in a row, and knowing that for the entire time, he had a balloon optimistically tucked into one of his socks just in case he scored. Do you think he re-uses the same sweaty balloon, or replaces it with a new one every game? I hope for his sake he does replace it, or the latex will be completely perished by the time he next hits the back of the net.
