When Minteh scored the third, Rutter just fell backwards onto the ground. Classic
Was just here for this. Love it.

Also:

-Veltman's textbook flop to foil famous racist Enzo Fernandez for their disallowed "goal".
-Cinderella getting put on his arse twice for the Minteh goals
-famous racist Enzo Fernandez losing his shit after the third goal and getting booked for screaming at the ref even though even he didn't know what he was protesting about as it was so weak.
-Caicedo getting subbed (not sure he really deserved it to be fair: he was one of their few decent players)
-Palmer failing again
-Jorgensen conceding two goals that Sanchez would have been caned by their fans for letting in
-Webster and JPVH's solid all round defending
-That we kept a clean sheet and worked really hard to the end to maintain that when it would have been easy to step off the gas a bit
-the sight of the few remaining Chelsea fans trying to get down to the front, just to hurl abuse at their players near the end.
-Georgi

Some great chants tonight:

Marc Cucurella it’s happened again

Twice in a week, twice in a week nah nah nah

What a waste of money (as Caicedo went off)
You know you’re a ****, you know you’re a ****, Marc Cucurella you know you‘re a ****

I also enjoyed - Shit Brighton and Hove Albion, you’re just a shit Brighton and Hove Albion

It won't be, because the keeper should/could have saved it.

I'm pleased about that, even if I agree that he should probably have saved it. Principally because a lot of Chelsea fans thought a few weeks ago that the only thing stopping them from soaring into the Champions League next season was Sanchez, and now they're discovering that they don't just have one shit keeper: they have MANY shit keepers.

Talksport forced to mention Brighton in their commentary because that was who Chelsea were playing tonight, and got beaten by.
Had Talksport on for the 1st hour or so of my drive home. You wouldn't have known who Chelski had played if you had just switched on. Not one mention of BHA, just endless drivel about Chelski's form.

My biggest smile of the night was the "What a waste of money" chant as Moises was hooked.
I was .. and still am .. a huge Caicedo fan, and I thought he was possibly their best performer on the night, but it wasn't just the fact he wasn't going to play any further part, it was the spontaneity and the loudness of the chant (at least in the West stand) that brought a smile to my face. :D

Plus ... it was only when Moises departed and Dewsbury-Hall came on that I suddenly felt the 3 points were safe. ;)
We really did dodge a bullet there.
Championship player at best.

It’s amazing that top six clubs seem to save their “worst game since I came here” or “worst game of the season” for when they lose to the Albion. Bloody Dejavu every time. The post match pundits are no better, it’s always “what’s gone wrong at club x” after every win against them too, not how good Albion were.

They must think that the way to play well is to boss possession. They’d be wrong.
That’s mad! There’s no pleasing some people is there!

Spot on that grated me as well. About time we got a little bit more credit.
